Mr. Baljinder Saini

Mr Baljinder has completed his Master degree in Agriculture Entomology from CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar (Haryana) in 2001. He was recipient of University Merit Fellowship during Master’s degree. After completing his Master’s degree; he worked as Research Fellow in Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana from November 2001to March, 2008, Before joining Tata Trusts in June 2008, he was also associated with Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Ambala as Subject Matter Specialist (Plant Protection) from April, 2008 to June 2008. For his paper titled ‘A look into the potential of cotton-IPM technology adoption in Punjab’, he was awarded the 2nd Best Research Findings Award in the First Congress on Insect Science held in Ludhiana in 2005. He was a Visiting Scholar to Cornell International Institute for Food, Agriculture and Development (CIIFAD), Cornell University, Ithaca (NY) from January 19, 2012-29 February 2012. Mr Baljinder has more than 30 scientific and extension publications to his credit besides participation in national and international seminar/workshops, Radio talks.
Mr. Kiran Thacker

Mr. Kiran Thacker is a senior qualified Company Secretary & Legal professional with vast experience of over 38 years in Corporate Law, Secretarial and Legal Matters both in practice and in industry. He has served as Company Secretary & General Manager – Legal in some large and reputed companies like Tata Teleservices Ltd. Currently, he is an Advisor to some Tata companies and other organizations on Legal & Secretarial matters. He has experience in handling and advising on various company law and corporate law, as also extensive experience of appearing before and liaising with regulatory authorities, government departments and external agencies. He is also having considerable experience in legal matters like drafting & vetting of agreements, contracts, handling suits, petitions, applications, notices, arbitration claims, consumer complaints, replies, etc. and liaising with Solicitors, Advocates, Counsels, Advisors, Auditors and Government officials. He is a fervent speaker and visiting Faculty at the Seminars & Programs organized by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1989. Previously he has been a member of the Expert Committee on Company Law and Competition Law of ASSOCHAM. He was also a member of the Governance Committee of the Indian Merchants Chamber and a member of the Education & Library Committee of WIRC of ICSI.
Manisha Negi
(Grant Manager)
Ms. Manisha Negi has done her Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Punjab University in 2012. Before joining DHANII as Grant Manager in September 2019, she worked with Reliance Communications and Tata Teleservices Ltd as Sales & Backend Executive and was handling MIS with Reviving Green Revolution Cell (an Associate organization of Tata Trusts). She has an overall experience of over five years.
