Ruhaanii Milk Producer Company Limited

Ruhaanii began its work from Mansa district which is situated at the border of Punjab and Haryana. In comparison to several other districts in Punjab, Mansa is not as developed on the socio-economic front. While farmers earn a decent income through agriculture, there is still a lot of scope to improve their income through dairy.

Ruhaanii was registered in October 2016 and the operations commenced on 12th February 2017. The company started with 22 members in Budhlada block of Mansa. The initial plan was to open 84 milk pooling points. Since Budhlada had limited potential, the company decided to have two bulk milk coolers – one at Budhlada (Punjab) and the other at Rori (Haryana). The work was later expanded to Sirsa and Fatehabad districts. Ruhaanii MPC has shifted its Head Office to Sirsa (Haryana).

Currently, RMPCL is operational in Mansa, Bathinda, Sirsa, and Fatehabad districts of Punjab and Haryana. Today, Ruhaanii Milk Producer Company Ltd (RMPCL) is operational in 309 villages of Punjab and Haryana.

Growth and Impact

In just five years, Ruhaanii Milk Producer Company has registered a steady growth.
